Accurately input and manage reservations in the system, ensuring proper table allocations.

Communicate with guests to confirm bookings, special requests, and seating preferences.

Coordinate with the reception and service teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals.

Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and waitlist requests efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, VIP bookings, and special occasions.

Monitor reservation trends and provide insights to optimize restaurant capacity.

Assist in implementing promotional and marketing initiatives to drive bookings.

Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and service standards.
