We are currently seeking an experienced Wholesale Manager for the Middle East and Africa region to lead the growth of a global footwear brand.
This role is critical to expanding the brand's presence in new markets, cultivating relationships with key accounts, and driving sales strategies, the selected candidate will be entrusted with strategically managing key accounts and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to identify and unlock new opportunities for growth.
Your Responsibilities as Wholesale Manager:
- Strategic Market Expansion: Lead the brand's growth and presence across the Middle East and Africa by identifying new, high-potential markets and establishing key partnerships. Leverage your connections and expertise in market entry strategies to introduce the brand into untapped regions.
- Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective wholesale partners. Drive sales initiatives, ensuring that all operational goals are met and exceeded, and the brand's standards are consistently upheld.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, marketing, and product teams, to align business goals and ensure smooth execution of market strategies. Use your network and influence to build and foster successful partnerships.
- Sales Target Achievement: Ensure maximum sales potential by meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective strategy implementation, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Manage sales forecasting, track sales performance, and provide detailed reports to senior management.
- Operational Coordination: Oversee all sales orders, product selection, inventory management, and logistics for key accounts. Ensure that all deadlines are met and that products are delivered as per agreed terms.
What We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Fashion Retail and wholesale within the footwear, casual, or sport industry (Experience in FW industry in African, Turkey and Saudi, is an advantage).
- Proven track record of market expansion experience, successfully managing large territories and establishing brands in new regions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercially driven, results-oriented, with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), with proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages being a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of driving high-performance sales teams.
