Job Description: Sales Manager for Tommy Hilfiger Watches

In this role, you will oversee the full sales cycle for Tommy Hilfiger Watches in your assigned markets across Europe and Africa. Your responsibilities include achieving sales targets, implementing local marketing initiatives, and training local partners.

  1. Ensure a top-tier brand presentation within your territory.
  2. Implement the brand strategy locally in close coordination with headquarters.
  3. Develop mid-term plans with local partners to significantly grow the business.
  4. Maintain ongoing reporting, sales, and distribution analysis.
  5. Visit markets to secure distribution quality, train staff, and build strong relationships.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing and Customer Service.
  7. Influence product development by anticipating market trends.
  8. Gather market intelligence to support senior management decisions.
  9. Identify and propose new distributors and retail accounts in your territory.

To succeed, you should have 2-3 years of experience in an international sales environment, preferably within the watch, FMCG, fashion, or accessories industry. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

You should be a quick learner, proactive, reliable, and results-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
