Responsibilities and Requirements:

  1. Oversee company assets, including laptops, phones, uniforms, SIM cards, and office equipment.
  2. Ensure proper upkeep of office assets and facilities.
  3. Manage day-to-day office administration and coordinate office activities.
  4. Handle reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing office communication.
  5. Book and schedule employee training programs.
  6. Manage SIM card applications, renewals, activations, and replacements.
  7. Handle Dubai EID scanning, passport documentation, and employee records.
