Project Manager

We are looking for Project Manager with experience in construction and ADNOC. He will oversee delivering the work of civil construction – maintenance as per HSE and ADNOC standards.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Manage and coordinate engineering assignments pertaining to large offshore Oil and Gas Projects including planning, developing, designing, and construction and/or any other aspect of engineering work.
• Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, and present them to stakeholders for approval.
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities (government agencies such as municipality etc.) and manage municipality portals of the Company.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Forecasted plan must be submitted to Finance & Management on a periodic basis.
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years proven experience as a Project Manager in construction and ADNOC with equivalent certification.
• Approved equivalency certificate from municipality
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Experience in Oil and Gas policies and procedures as per HSE and ADNOC standards.
• Knowledge in procurement and contracting aspects both onshore and offshore.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge in transactions with municipality and other related agencies.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Valid UAE Driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
