Responsibilities of the Successful Bartender:

1. Manage all tasks of service preparation and breakdown, including stock control and inventories, promotion specifications, menus, wine lists, and operating equipment.
2. Ensure the service area complies with environmental, hygiene, and safety policies and legislation.
3. Fulfill service and payment requirements promptly and with a positive attitude.
4. Actively participate in a working environment where staff are fully trained, supportive of each other, and competent.
5. Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high-quality standards.
6. Able to meet and follow company SOPs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Good numeracy, verbal, and written English skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
