Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in drawing up marketing activities and creating/organizing promotional activities to promote the hotel’s products, services, facilities, and promotions.
- Assist in implementing Dusit graphic standards in guest collaterals, sales materials, and advertising to ensure alignment with corporate standards and validation by the Corporate Office.
- Support the sales department by developing sales tools such as presentation files, corporate gifts, multimedia tools, etc., to effectively communicate the hotel, its products, and brand.
- Develop and implement collateral and promotional materials for the hotel’s F&B outlets and actively promote these outlets in the market.
- Manage and update E-Newsletters, posters, flyers, banners, TV screens in guest rooms, and LCD screens in public areas.
- Develop and maintain customer relationship programs, including the Dusit Gold program.
- Seek partnerships and joint promotions with credit card companies, magazines, airlines, websites, mobile networks, and business associations.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with business partners, sponsors, and guests.
- Represent the hotel in internal and external functions and events.
- Conduct marketing surveys for all F&B outlets and compile reports with marketing suggestions.
- Analyze and evaluate promotional and advertising activities and marketing performance.
- Manage the hotel’s database, including gathering new potentials, maintaining existing contacts, and developing email marketing strategies.
- Oversee the music selection in the hotel’s public areas.
Administration:
- Develop and oversee marketing plans, promotions, and website marketing, considering local requirements, market needs, competition, trends, costs, and hotel offerings.
- Conduct marketing analysis for hotel rooms, restaurant promotions, and hotel products.
Training and Human Resources:
- Support the hotel’s image through marketing efforts.
- Assist other departments in enhancing marketing information systems.
- Develop and conduct formal training on marketing products for staff as needed.
- Ensure a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and victimization, and handle related complaints promptly and confidentially.
- Promote respect and sensitivity towards all cultural groups among staff and guests.
- Address issues that may cause cross-cultural conflicts or misunderstandings.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on current marketing trends and developments.
- Interpret, adapt, and apply marketing guidelines and procedures.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Skills in marketing and sales analysis, policy formulation, and strategy development.
- Understand business practices and procedures.
Commercial Responsibilities:
- Attend to specific guest marketing needs as required.
- Interact with clients, suppliers, competitors, and community members as directed by the Director of Marketing Communications.
Others:
- Engage in continuous learning through personal development plans (IDP).
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, or relevant discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong media and social connection skills.
- Positive attitude towards challenges and a drive to excel.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
