In this role, you ll be responsible for mentoring and growing your team, optimizing workflows, and driving improvements in process, quality, and efficiency. You'll engage in complex design and certification product modification projects, and provide engineering support for operations at our Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul facility. What You ll Do:

• Develop, lead and execute engineering processes to support engineering projects and program milestones.

• Monitor project plans, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Manage resource allocation, set priorities, and provide technical guidance for engineering deliverables.

• Oversee technical report writing and documentation to support service documentation approvals.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, acting as the primary escalation contact.

• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance in engineering efforts.

• Coordinate proposals, business plans, and financial elements related to project execution.

• Interact with engineering teams across the globe.

• Support fielded product designs including quality improvements, cost reduction, component obsolescence and failure analysis.
