1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
2. Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
3. Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
4. Go the extra mile to drive sales
5. Actively seek out customers and clients to solve branding merchandise needs
6. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
7. Handle returns of merchandise
8. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service and maintain good team relationships and spirit
9. Build productive trust relationships with customers and maintain good client relationships
10. Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Proven work experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role
