Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Business Development Executive to join our recruitment firm, focusing on the retail sector across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales or business development, preferably within recruitment or HR services, and must possess a valid UAE driving license.

Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new business opportunities within the retail industry for recruitment and staffing services.
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retail clients, HR managers, and decision-makers.
3. Understand client hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
4. Prepare and present proposals and service agreements aligned with client needs and company offerings.
5. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and growth areas.
7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
8. Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure seamless service delivery.
9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the UAE.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or client acquisition, preferably in recruitment or HR services.
• Strong network or knowledge of the UAE retail industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation skills and confident service pitching.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across Emirates.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations.
