Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven
Business Development Manager who can take charge of identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Pitch company services to potential clients via calls, meetings, and demos.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the recruitment delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless service to clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and report regularly on progress.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or account management within the HR Tech, Recruitment, or Staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and HR processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
