The MENA Grocery team (UFG) is offering a role to own building new business from ground Zero. We are seeking a self-starter who can quickly familiarize themselves with this fast-paced environment, build relationships/trust with cross-functional teams, and assume ownership within the program which will require understanding of complex business/Tech/Ops processes at Amazon and our partners and devising an optimal engagement model. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, analytical talent and good document writing skills with concise communication are essential to success in this role.

We are looking for a smart, results-oriented Site Merchandiser to be a part of growing our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing best-in-class site merchandising and customer engagement strategies.

As a Site Merchandiser, you will ensure that customer experience and expectations are set and met to a high standard. They will execute and schedule content on emails/push notifications, home pages, category pages, and other pages across the site based on instructions/inputs shared by the Site Merchandiser. You will also prepare reports on performance and traffic data for our management teams. Additionally, you will assist in creating new engagement-related content based on inputs from the Site Merchandiser. This role involves coordinating with category managers, designers, and other editors across the business.

Key job responsibilities

Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Owning store merchandising and curations
• Running and analyzing proof of performance reports
• Learning merchandising tools and widgets
• Assisting in executing the plan according to the site merchandising calendar, including email programs, new product launches, cross-category placements, developing and executing Amazon site-wide events, browse tree design, and search results
• Assisting in developing merchandising for large store-wide promotions and working closely with category managers and the merchandising team to schedule promotions
• Planning promotions for customers, executing them, and analyzing their performance

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Understanding of merchandising performance metrics
• Basic Excel skills for data analysis
• Quick learner of merchandising and promotional tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous marketing and merchandising experience is preferred
