Roles and Responsibilities
• Managing day to day site activities as required.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accurate calculations.
• Preparing site reports as required.
• Liaising with consultants, Sub-contractors, QS, and any general work force involved in the project.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Good understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and installation methods. Ability to provide technical guidance to the construction team and resolve any issues that may arise at site.
• Ability to manage multiple site simultaneously.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure that project plans are integrated with other organizational functions.

Requirements
• BE, Bsc, B-Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Fit-out industry in UAE.
• AutoCad proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Driving license(preferred).
• Immediate joining candidates preferred.
