What will I be doing?
The Human Resources & Learning and Development Executive coordinates and implements department activities and projects, as assigned. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Coordinates projects and activities and projects, as assigned. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management
- Maintain communication with departments involved in the assigned project/activity
- Answer telephone and assist internal and external guests with requests
- Writes correspondence on behalf of the department
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment and addressing issues promptly and confidentially.
- Assist with a variety of requests
- Maintains detailed filing system for department
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and Hilton's internal policies, maintaining accurate employee records and handling confidential information appropriately
- Attend all mandatory meetings
- Follow and know emergency procedures as needed
- Assist in managing payroll processes, employee benefits, and recognition programs to support team satisfaction and retention
- Maintain a good working relationship with other department, employees, and guess

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in human resources, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite and basic graphic design skills for poster creation
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Preferably has experience in delivering or coordinating employee training and development programs.
