Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Principal Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts for real estate agents across various markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to attract top-performing agents, build talent pipelines, and support the company's growth objectives in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for real estate agents, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with brokerage managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, market expansion goals, and team dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and report on hiring progress.
  • Promote the company brand and value proposition to prospective candidates through outreach, job fairs, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience, reflecting the professionalism and integrity of the brand.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and licensing requirements in different regions.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for real estate or high-volume sales environments.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-performing real estate agents or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Key Characteristics:
