The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Essentials:
- Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally hiring for Entertainment and Technical roles.
- Demonstrated strong experience managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing techniques, screening, interviewing, selection processes, and onboarding.
- Knowledge of labor laws, hiring regulations, and best practices in recruitment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
