Job description

The company Grupo Casais intends to strengthen its team with the hiring of an Estimator for Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Ensure the implementation of the commercial strategy of the Casais Group in the different entities (company / region), namely with regard to the identification of opportunities, preparation of proposals, negotiation and management of the client in the after-sales, as well as the management of processes and contractual documentation, in order to maximize the volume of business and respective profitability and the level of satisfaction of its customers, acting according to the ethics of the Group and the values Casais.

• Assist in activities related to processes with documentary needs, collecting and organizing the necessary files;
• Prepare the base files for the calculation and budgeting of proposals and studies;
• Support the management of the commercial area in the collection and analysis of information to support decision making;
• Support the bureaucratic development of the projects, preparing the necessary documentation, in interaction with the other areas involved.
• Knowledge and expertise relevant to the role;
• Work experience : +5 years in UAE

Degree educated, preferably in a construction-related discipline.
