As a Product Manager (Lounge & Meet/Greet), marhaba Services, you will create and manage the product portfolio of the brands across dnata in line with the overall Group strategy; be responsible for all stages of the product lifecycle, including analysing data, creation, identification, validation, launch, and evaluation; and work to negotiate and obtain competitive rates for campaigns. You will also support with destination/product information to meet customer needs and align with the departmental growth strategy.
In this role, you will:
- Contribute to the development of the brand's strategies to meet business needs and achieve revenue growth in collaboration with management, ensuring objectives and product plans align with the corporate vision.
- Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial, long-term strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review, collect, and analyse data related to trends and sales; provide insights for marketing campaign development.
- Report, measure, and recommend actions to improve the effectiveness of future products and sales strategies.
- Understand business needs and provide regular competitor and market analysis, including benchmarking of dnata product offerings and market position.
- Identify market gaps and profitable opportunities that are commercially viable and will enhance the product offering to remain competitive.
- Create and maintain up-to-date information on travel restrictions, cascaded to agents and available online, to ensure customers understand ongoing travel guidelines.
- Provide in-depth specialist knowledge and training on featured products to all relevant areas of the business as required.
- Work proactively with sales and fulfilment teams to optimise conversion rates and minimize barriers to trade.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute the preferred product strategy, focusing on core destinations and products.
- Lead campaign management in conjunction with Corporate Communications, relevant brands, and sales teams, ensuring stakeholder engagement and aligned activities.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Streamline processes across the business to improve productivity and turnaround times, working closely with operational teams to resolve pain points.
