Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Projects Manager to lead the successful execution and delivery of multiple civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing complex projects from start to finish—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Lead and manage all phases of civil construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Supervise project teams and site staff, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project performance, identify potential issues, and implement timely corrective measures.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Oversee cost control, procurement, and timely material delivery.
  • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all project teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a similar role within the civil construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Primavera, AutoCAD).
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • PMP certification is an added advantage but not mandatory.
