Provide precise feedback that helps students improve written analysis, evaluation, exam technique, and economic reasoning.
Maintain high expectations for academic achievement, classroom conduct, independent learning, and student participation.
Differentiate teaching approaches to ensure appropriate challenge and support across a wide range of learner abilities.
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum sequencing, resource development, assessment moderation, and departmental improvement.
Participate in professional learning, instructional coaching, school development initiatives, and evidence-based teaching programmes.
Contribute to enrichment activities, school events, student mentoring, and the wider life of the academy.
