Job Description:

Job Title: Ecommerce Specialist (Oracle Commerce Cloud)

Duration: Long term

Salary: AED 12000 per month

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives for ecommerce initiatives.
  2. Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) platform to support ecommerce operations and activities.
  3. Design and implement ecommerce solutions, features, and functionalities using OCC's native capabilities and customization tools.
  4. Develop and manage product catalogues, pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies within the OCC platform.
  5. Implement and optimize ecommerce workflows, processes, and user journeys to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  6. Integrate OCC platform with third-party systems and services such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and marketing automation tools.
  7. Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  8. Conduct A/B testing and usability testing to evaluate and refine ecommerce features, functionalities, and user interfaces.
  9. Provide training and support to internal teams on OCC platform usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
  10. Stay updated on OCC platform updates, new features, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for platform enhancements and improvements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably with expertise in Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC).
  3. Proficiency in configuring and customizing OCC platform, including catalog management, pricing rules, and promotion setup.
  4. Strong understanding of ecommerce principles, best practices, and industry standards.
  5. Experience with ecommerce integrations, APIs, and web services, particularly with payment gateways, shipping providers, and CRM systems.
  6. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret ecommerce performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
