Kayali is seeking an Ecommerce Product Owner to support ongoing development, optimization, and daily management of our global online store. You will translate business priorities and customer needs into clear product requirements, while ensuring readiness for launches, campaigns, and promotions.

The role sits at the intersection of ecommerce, technology, UX, content, marketing and operations, and involves hands-on Shopify activities to bring commercial initiatives to life.

Formación

• 3+ years as Product Owner, eCommerce, or Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus or equivalent.
• Experience managing products, collections and site content in an eCommerce CMS.
• Experience supporting product launches, campaigns or promotions.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Content, UX/UI and Engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the digital commerce backlog aligned with the product roadmap and business objectives.
• Translate requirements and customer insights into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, marketing, content, and external agencies throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Manage dependencies, blockers, and delivery risks across initiatives.
• Support release planning, UAT, and production validation.
• Monitor post-release performance and identify follow-up improvements.
• Oversee website management: product information, collections, landing pages, navigation, and on-site merchandising.
