A leading global company in the fashion, sportswear, and consumer goods space is hiring a Manager – E-Commerce Operations to oversee and improve the day-to-day performance of their online business. The role focuses on making sure orders, stock, payments, and customer service all run efficiently across multiple digital platforms. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless and scalable e-commerce operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily e-commerce operations across the company’s website and online marketplaces
  • Ensure accurate order processing, smooth payments, and real-time stock updates
  • Coordinate with warehouse and systems teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes and systems
  • Support website and system upgrades in collaboration with tech partners
  • Work closely with teams in logistics, IT, finance, and merchandising
  • Manage external partners such as delivery providers, payment gateways, and customer service teams
  • Handle customer issues that require advanced support
  • Test and verify new website features before launch
  • Monitor key performance indicators and use data to improve service and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, from a global fashion, sportswear, or consumer brand.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, or similar
  • Comfortable working across systems and managing process improvements
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with external partners and managing cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
