Job Description

  • Monitor and process orders from Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Noon, and Namshi in real time.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment partners to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Track shipments and handle exceptions such as delays, failed deliveries, and re-shipments.
  • Update order statuses; manage refunds, returns, and store credits.
  • Maintain service-level standards for delivery timelines and order accuracy.

� Marketplace Operations – Amazon, Noon & Namshi

  • Create and manage listings: titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes.
  • Monitor key performance metrics: Buy Box, returns, SLA compliance, seller ratings.
  • Liaise with marketplace account managers for campaigns, promotions, and catalog onboarding.
  • Resolve listing errors, suppressions, and policy issues.
  • Monitor reviews/feedback and take corrective action.
  • Ensure stock availability and prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Manage product uploads, pricing, metadata, and categorization.
  • Publish new launches with accurate descriptions, images, and SEO content.
  • Oversee integrations with payment gateways, shipping APIs, and OMS tools.
  • Coordinate with marketing for promotions, flash sales, and discount codes.
  • Work with design/dev teams to ensure smooth UI/UX and technical performance.
  • Maintain accurate, synchronized inventory across platforms.
  • Monitor sell-through rates and initiate restocking with warehouse or production.
  • Manage return-to-stock, damaged goods, and avoid overselling.
  • Use ERP or inventory tools for forecasting and real-time updates.
  • Handle customer queries across email, chat, and social channels.
  • Manage returns, exchanges, and refund workflows per company policy.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners on RTOs and escalated complaints.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, orders, returns, and fulfillment.
  • Track marketplace fees, logistics costs, and overall profitability.
  • Analyze top-performing SKUs, customer patterns, and operational efficiency.
  • Recommend data-driven improvements for delivery times, payment methods, and user experience

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements & Skills

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in men’s fashion or lifestyle categories.
  • Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, Namshi Partner Portal, and Shopify.
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, eCommerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing operations for a fashion D2C brand in the GCC region.
