About the Role

We are hiring a proactive Ecommerce & Marketplace Executive to manage product listings, stock, and advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon and Noon. This is a full-time role requiring prior marketplace experience. The role also involves support in existing online store operations. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Management:
• Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Noon, and similar platforms.
• Manage stock levels, pricing, and product visibility across marketplaces.
• Order & Return Processing:
• Track orders, process returns, and resolve basic customer issues via platform dashboards.
• Advertising Support:
• Run and monitor basic campaigns (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Products).
• Track campaign performance and adjust to improve results.
• Reporting & Coordination:
• Prepare weekly sales reports, competitor price comparisons, and stock status updates.
• Ensure marketplace account health and resolve listing issues promptly.
• Shopify Support:
• Assist with basic tasks on existing e-commerce store, such as updating products or prices (no prior experience required).
