Job summary

A leading luxury jewellery retailer in Dubai is seeking an E-commerce Manager to shape the brand’s digital future. You will define an e-commerce strategy, lead a digital team, and drive online sales for high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in e-commerce, preferably in luxury retail. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar platforms is essential. A competitive salary package of AED 30–35K per month is offered.

• 7+ years in e-commerce, with at least 3 years in UAE luxury retail.
• Proven success in scaling premium brands online.
• Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms.

A leading luxury jewellery retailer is seeking an E-commerce Manager to join their Dubai-based team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll shape the brand’s digital future and deliver exceptional online experiences for HNW & UHNW clients.

Role Highlights

• Deliver premium UX/UI & brand storytelling across all platforms
• Drive digital sales, CRM, and omnichannel journeys
• Use data, insights, and innovation to optimise performance

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in e-commerce (min 3 years in UAE luxury retail, ideally jewellery)
• Proven success scaling premium/luxury brands online
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus, or Magento
• A strategic leader with strong vision and people skills
• Exceptional English (Arabic a plus)
• Must already be UAE-based

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 30–35K per month (depending on experience)
