We have an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused and analytically savvy KAM to grow our digital offering in partnership with our customers. If you would love to work within a collaborative and encouraging, future-thinking team owning important customer relationships, then this is the role for you!

Core Responsibilities
  1. Deliver customer value proposition for a portfolio of online retailers. Full accountability of end-to-end account management of ecommerce retailers in MENA.
  2. Develop, implement and follow-up customer joint business plans that deliver against business targets.
  3. Build and develop relationships with key customers. Activate the monthly priorities set by the marketing team while applying fully the retailer’s activity calendar.
  4. Negotiate annual trade terms and plans within the set frames.
  5. Support in building E-Commerce and Digital proficiencies across the organization. Make sure you stay up to date on the latest trends and industry standards in E-Commerce.
  6. Collaborate with other Key Account team members, Trade Marketing, and the Digital Team to share knowledge.

A phenomenal opportunity for a strong account manager who is looking for their next step in ecommerce. You will join the LEGO MEA B2B eCommerce Team in Dubai office. A small team collaborating across two different offices (Dubai, Johannesburg) to develop the ecommerce business in the region. Within the ecommerce team, you will work closely with the Retail Marketing Manager and the eMerchandiser to grow and deliver the joint business plan of ecommerce players.

Do you have what it takes?
  1. eCommerce experience is a must, with strong commercial experience in sales.
  2. A consistent record of outstanding business results and high accountability.
  3. Effective relationship leadership skills with a collaborative approach to internal and external partners.
  4. Strong analytical skills.
  5. Excellent negotiation skills with experience in dealing with trade term contracts.
  6. A balance of short-term results focus and long-term strategic work.
  7. Previous experience working in the Middle East and with Amazon.
