Are you a natural communicator with a strong sales mindset? Vision X Nexus Real Estate LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Sharjah. In this role, you will focus on generating and qualifying leads, ensuring our sales team engages with high-potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and contribute to the growth of our residential and commercial property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors to introduce our property listings and services
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Sales Executives to follow up on
  • Maintain detailed records of all calls, lead information, and follow-up activities in the CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective telemarketing techniques
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to stay up-to-date on new property listings and promotions
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries with professionalism
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum two years of experience in Customer Service, inside sales, telemarketing, or real estate sales (Sharjah or Dubai market preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Sales-driven mindset and a passion for the real estate industry
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management techniques (training provided)
  • Proficient in English (Arabic language skills an advantage)
