Position: Front Office Supervisor
Location: UAE
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise daily operations of the reception, including guest arrivals/departures, room sales, VIP and group room assignments, and registrations.
- Coordinate and monitor work of reception staff, ensuring grooming standards and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct training for new hires and ongoing staff development.
- Motivate staff to achieve excellent performance.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently, ensuring follow-up and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate guest information and fulfill specific guest requirements.
- Stay informed about hotel services and local travel information to enhance guest experience.
- Provide continuous training to staff.
Skills & Qualifications:
- University or College degree.
- Experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel preferred; resort experience is an advantage.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Physically agile and able to stand for long periods.
- Dynamic and energetic personality.
