Main Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and supervise daily operations of the reception, including guest arrivals/departures, room sales, VIP and group room assignments, and registrations.
  2. Coordinate and monitor work of reception staff, ensuring grooming standards and customer satisfaction.
  3. Conduct training for new hires and ongoing staff development.
  4. Motivate staff to achieve excellent performance.
  5. Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently, ensuring follow-up and record-keeping.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate guest information and fulfill specific guest requirements.
  7. Stay informed about hotel services and local travel information to enhance guest experience.
  8. Provide continuous training to staff.
Skills & Qualifications:
  1. University or College degree.
  2. Experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel preferred; resort experience is an advantage.
  3. Well-groomed and professional appearance.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Physically agile and able to stand for long periods.
  6. Dynamic and energetic personality.
