Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Greeting and welcoming clients or visitors to the office
  2. Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
  3. Performing administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  4. Directing incoming calls and visitors to the appropriate person or department
  5. Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  6. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  7. Processing paperwork and invoices
  8. Providing administrative support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant is a plus.
  2. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front office representative, or a similar role.
  3. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  4. Multitasking and time management skills.
