Sr. HR Officer – Recruitment

Source candidates either by using the resources approved by company or exploring new sourcing methods in line with company rules and regulations.

1. Screening of candidates following candidate profile and JD.
2. Coordinate agenda for interviews among hiring managers and candidates.
3. Perform interviews and report candidate assessment.
4. Update recruitment progress report weekly & keep records of closed recruitment per department.
5. Update and keep track of recruitment agenda.
6. Keep orderly filing system dedicated to recruitment.
7. Assist the introduction of new employees on first joining day if needed.
8. Ensure smooth recruitment administrative process among the various functions involved.
9. Coordinate with PROs for sending/receiving of any document related to recruitment according to UAE laws.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor in social studies or business, or diploma relevant to the HR function. Driving license is a must.

Minimum Experience:
5 yrs in relevant or similar function.
