Job description

We are hiring passionate and motivated individuals with rich and successful UAE real estate sales experience. It is an exciting time to join a winning team!

We are currently hiring Russian, Chinese, Farsi, and French speakers as real estate sales professionals.

A minimum of 2-5 years of UAE real estate developer side sales experience is desired.

Job Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Stay updated with UAE real estate laws and news.
  2. Keep informed about the company's current and future projects.
  3. Research, prospect, obtain leads, and develop new business opportunities to reach sales targets.
  4. Study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property sites, and discuss sale conditions.
  5. Regularly update leads in the CRM system.
  6. Develop new business connections by signing agency agreements with local and international real estate agencies and individual agents.
  7. Negotiate and sign exclusive territory agreements with international agencies to maximize sales performance.
  8. Negotiate rates with prospective clients to close deals, considering management-decided rates.
  9. Collect all necessary documents from buyers as required.
  10. Organize and consolidate sales leads from various sources such as customer response cells, referrals, exhibitions, roadshows, and agents.
  11. Organize international roadshows to promote the company's properties and develop new markets.
  12. Provide input to marketing on sales activities, events, promotional activities, on-site branding, and competitive strategies.
  13. Generate and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Department Head.
