Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Definition and approval of technical scopes
- Assist in establishing project aims and outcomes.
- Evaluate procedures and recommend improvements.
- Recommend project organization, work methods, and technical innovations.
Executing assigned scopes of work
- Supervise and participate in complex engineering tasks.
- Formulate investigations or studies, evaluate data, and recommend applications.
- Contribute to project completion by resolving design conflicts and complex coordination issues.
- Coordinate implementation of engineering solutions.
- Review documentation for accuracy.
- Supervise engineering tasks related to major projects.
- Assess work against standards and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and provide feedback for improvement.
- Manage key stakeholders.
- Lead design reviews.
Providing technical expertise
- Advise on design and construction methods.
- Develop new engineering methods and participate in planning.
- Evaluate options and select optimal solutions.
- Act as Technical Authority if appointed.

Expected :
Qualifications, skills, and experience :
- B.S. or equivalent in Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience in major Oil & Gas projects, including 5 years in a similar role.
Knowledge, skills, and experience :
- Ability to execute EPC/EPCM contracts for onshore Brownfield Oil & Gas projects.
- Experience in lump sum Oil and Gas projects in the GCC preferred.
