Job description

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. A postgraduate/accredited certification in training would be highly advantageous.
  2. Experience: 5-7 years in training design, delivery, and evaluation, preferably in a corporate environment.
  3. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and instructional design models.
  4. Strong analytical skills to evaluate training impact and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Certification in Instructional Design, Training & Facilitation, or Learning Technologies.
  7. Experience in leadership development, competency frameworks, and performance consulting.
  8. Knowledge of industry best practices in corporate training and digital learning trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Design & Development: Develop and implement structured training programs, incorporating modern learning methodologies. Design and curate e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning solutions. Ensure content is engaging, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
  2. Training Delivery & Facilitation: Lead and oversee the delivery of classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions. Ensure effective facilitation of learning through interactive and learner-centric approaches. Coach and mentor trainers to enhance instructional effectiveness.
  3. Assessment & Program Evaluation: Develop assessments, quizzes, and competency tests to measure training effectiveness. Track and analyze learning outcomes, implementing improvements based on data insights. Leverage feedback mechanisms to enhance course content and delivery.
  4. E-learning & Digital Learning Innovation: Utilize LMS platforms, digital tools, and multimedia content to enhance training accessibility and engagement. Stay updated on emerging learning technologies and industry trends, integrating them into training strategies.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to align training initiatives with organizational goals. Partner with external vendors and consultants for specialized training needs.
  6. Program Design: Responsible for curriculum development and the design of innovative, industry-relevant training programs, incorporating current trends, technologies, and best practices.
  7. Facilitator Standardization & Upskilling: Standardize and upskill facilitators (part-time and full-time) to ensure high-quality training delivery and monitoring.
  8. IT & Data Management: Consolidate, track, and manage training data for transformation into metrics for leadership evaluation.
  9. Project Leadership: Lead various projects and initiatives as required by the Director of Industry Relations.
