Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. A postgraduate/accredited certification in training would be highly advantageous.
- Experience: 5-7 years in training design, delivery, and evaluation, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and instructional design models.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate training impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Instructional Design, Training & Facilitation, or Learning Technologies.
- Experience in leadership development, competency frameworks, and performance consulting.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in corporate training and digital learning trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Design & Development: Develop and implement structured training programs, incorporating modern learning methodologies. Design and curate e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning solutions. Ensure content is engaging, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Training Delivery & Facilitation: Lead and oversee the delivery of classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions. Ensure effective facilitation of learning through interactive and learner-centric approaches. Coach and mentor trainers to enhance instructional effectiveness.
- Assessment & Program Evaluation: Develop assessments, quizzes, and competency tests to measure training effectiveness. Track and analyze learning outcomes, implementing improvements based on data insights. Leverage feedback mechanisms to enhance course content and delivery.
- E-learning & Digital Learning Innovation: Utilize LMS platforms, digital tools, and multimedia content to enhance training accessibility and engagement. Stay updated on emerging learning technologies and industry trends, integrating them into training strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to align training initiatives with organizational goals. Partner with external vendors and consultants for specialized training needs.
- Program Design: Responsible for curriculum development and the design of innovative, industry-relevant training programs, incorporating current trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Facilitator Standardization & Upskilling: Standardize and upskill facilitators (part-time and full-time) to ensure high-quality training delivery and monitoring.
- IT & Data Management: Consolidate, track, and manage training data for transformation into metrics for leadership evaluation.
- Project Leadership: Lead various projects and initiatives as required by the Director of Industry Relations.
