The Company

Ketone Clinical Laboratory is a cutting-edge medical laboratory focused on healthcare innovation. We offer a wide range of routine and specialised diagnostic tests, and our digital platform simplifies and streamlines laboratory solutions through value add functions such as Smart Reporting and Trend Analysis.

The Role

As part of the laboratory's front office team you will work closely with patients and clinical partners to ensure they have an excellent experience. You will be responsible for managing the front desk which will involve meeting and registering walk-in patients where necessary, answering client inquiries and coordinating sample logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet walk-in patients, assist with registration, and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Answer telephone, WhatsApp, and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate sample pickups and drop-offs with relevant clinical teams and logistics partners.
  • Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area; raise requisitions for supplies as needed.
  • Follow up with patients to collect feedback and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure patient data is accurately entered and managed in accordance with confidentiality, data protection and NABIDH regulations.
  • Handling insurance or billing inquiries, where relevant.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to clinical and administrative teams as needed.

About You

  • Experience in patient-facing roles, ideally within a healthcare or wellness setting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare software or systems (e.g., LIMS, EMR) is an advantage
  • Ability to manage your own work-load and prioritise tasks with autonomy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; calm and confident under pressure.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to support wherever needed.
  • Experience with insurance claims management is a bonus.
