Organization and Methods Officer

1. Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or related fields from a reputed university.
2. General knowledge of relational and transactional databases.
3. High analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. High communication skills.
5. Ability to gather and examine project requirements and implement end-user applications/solutions.

1. Analyze existing methods and procedures and prepare and recommend proposals for revisions.
2. Meet with end users and define, document, and evaluate business requirements and specifications.
3. Document functional specifications for IT systems.
4. Formulate test plans and conduct testing, quality assurance, and handover of software developments and third-party applications.
5. Prepare and administer user acceptance testing for software developments and third-party applications.
6. Assist with and conduct administrator and end-user trainings including the preparation of configuration and user manuals.
7. Assist in the execution of IT projects.
8. Act as a second-tier day-to-day support to end users.
