Job description

Job Title: Stores & Logistics Coordinator

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Stores & Logistics Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient movement of goods, both inbound and outbound. This role combines logistics coordination, warehousing, and compliance activities within the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics:

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare accurate export documentation in compliance with trade regulations.
  • Resolve customs and transportation issues promptly.
  • Work with internal teams to meet production material needs.
  • Maintain records and manage permit renewals with government agencies.

Stores & Inventory:

  • Handle inventory control, receiving, issuing, and storing of materials.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and ensure accurate data entry into ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Tag, quarantine, and mark materials in accordance with procedures.
  • Understand and apply repair station and customs processes.

General:

  • Support process improvements and contribute to standard work development.
  • Assist with root cause investigations when needed.
  • Follow EH&S, ethics, and quality guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma + 8 years relevant experience OR university degree + 5 years experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in the aerospace industry (MRO preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of export/import documentation and material classification.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • UAE Driving License required; Forklift License and HAZMAT certification are advantages.
  • Must be flexible and willing to assist across departments.
