A leading company in the fitness sector is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing strategies across various segments. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and agencies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
The Senior Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies across B2B, Home Gym, and Retail segments. This person will work closely with internal teams, agencies, and partners to ensure consistent and effective marketing execution that drives brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Assist in the development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer marketing, retail activations, and partnerships.
Support in planning and executing marketing initiatives for B2B, Home Gym, and Retail audiences.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Brand & Content Management:
Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints, maintaining a premium positioning for Befit and its portfolio of brands.
Work with content creators, agencies, and designers to develop high-quality marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, brochures, and presentations.
Support content strategy across owned channels, including website, social media, and CRM.
Events & Activations:
Assist in the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and activations to enhance brand presence and engage key audiences.
Work with agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events, partnerships, and experiential marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing & Performance Tracking:
Support the digital marketing strategy, including paid campaigns, SEO, and performance marketing, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with agencies and internal teams on CRM, database management, and customer engagement strategies.
Retail & Sales Support:
Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support lead generation and conversion efforts.
Assist in managing in-store marketing initiatives, including merchandising, promotions, and POS materials.
Key Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fitness, sports, retail, or luxury sectors.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
Experience in event planning, influencer marketing, and partnerships is a plus.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation tools.
