We are seeking a highly experienced Vehicle Sales Solutions Manager with strong expertise in Autoline Drive and an in-depth understanding of the Middle East automotive landscape. This individual will be responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and management of end-to-end vehicle sales solutions, ensuring seamless integration across departments to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Preference will be given to candidates with a BMW background and proven managerial experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage vehicle sales solution strategies in alignment with group-wide automotive objectives.
- Act as the primary system expert for Autoline Drive, providing guidance, support, and training across sales teams.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and sales process optimization.
- Liaise with OEMs (especially BMW) to ensure system compatibility and performance standards.
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports to ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, IT, and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulatory standards and dealership protocols.
- Guide and mentor junior team members and sales administrators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, IT Systems, or a related field.
- Certifications or professional development in DMS platforms and automotive systems (preferred).

- Expertise in Autoline Drive (Keyloop) system functionalities and modules.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute large-scale implementation plans.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools and MS Office Suite.

Experience Required
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in the Middle East automotive sector.
- Previous experience working with or for BMW or other luxury automotive brands.
- Proven managerial experience within vehicle sales solutions or automotive operations.
