About the company we're hiring for currently:

A Salesforce partner specializing in digital solutions for clients across Private, Government, and Non-profit sectors. They focus on process improvement, automation, data integrity, operational capability, and enhancing customer experience. Their services include Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Health Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud.

We seek an experienced and results-driven Growth Manager, passionate about innovative work and with a minimum of 10 years in Digital marketing and advertising agencies. The candidate should have managed diverse teams (Paid Ads, SEO, Web, Creative), served over 100 clients, and have the potential to build a $10M+ marketing agency.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage all digital marketing operations, assess existing initiatives, and develop new strategies to boost revenue.
  • Build and nurture a collaborative, creative, customer-focused, and performance-driven team culture.
  • Drive successful team performance, including managing morale and delivering comprehensive services in strategy, media planning, digital, social media, PR, and creative communications.
  • Inspire and motivate teams to embody company values and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Ensure top-tier strategy and execution of campaigns, continuously testing to improve ROI.
  • Understand client needs rapidly to generate leads; refine work processes and SOPs.
  • Develop and implement QA/testing processes organization-wide.
  • Collaborate with Business Development/Sales and other units to initiate new marketing programs and drive growth.
  • Set goals, define KPIs, and monitor performance to meet/exceed targets.
  • Enhance customer retention through effective contact strategies, transparent analytics, and consistent communication.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience, measured by direct feedback.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of the team.
  • Foster an engaging work environment; coordinate targeted training for professional development.
  • Work with other leaders to meet growth, retention, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Be a people-oriented, empathetic networker, autonomous, and reliable.
  • Prepare and execute annual business plans and budgets.
  • Oversee operations to ensure achievement of business goals.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts for the Board.
  • Communicate expectations, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
  • Participate in annual performance reviews.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology and best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • At least 8+ years leading high-performing marketing teams; agency leadership experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent ROI using advanced marketing and technology solutions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (paid search, SEO, creative, Web development, analytics).
  • Deep knowledge of organic and paid digital marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of media measurement and analytics solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and client relationship management.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Experience measuring ROI, tracking SEO and Google Analytics, and performing complex data analysis.
  • Capability to research, benchmark, and suggest improvements for inbound marketing strategies.

Work Mode: Onsite - Full Time

Days: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
