As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your specific area of responsibility.
  2. Executing all sales action plans to achieve and exceed targets.
  3. Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging with all account levels, including managerial and departmental executives, for thorough client servicing.
  4. Establishing parameters, quotes, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business.
  5. Promoting and generating sales leads within your area.
  6. Providing feedback on market trends and competition through direct sales, calls, and mailings.
  7. Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting in account management systems.
  8. Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities.
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should hold a degree in sales with at least two years of post-graduate experience, ideally within the hotel industry. Proficiency in computer skills, excellent presentation abilities, and strong communication skills in English are essential. Additional language skills are considered an asset.
