• You will greatly contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture, values, and bring the Company Philosophy “We Care” to life ensuring our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You will create real connections and meaningful relationships by utilizing collective intelligence from all sources.
• You will be entrusted with maintaining the cleanliness of the Pool and Wellness Area by creating lifelong memories for our Residents and their families.
• You will assist with beverage delivery, open/closing, and preparing the pool area for residents and their families, including the set-up and breakdown of sun loungers and maintaining all areas to ensure our Residents and their families receive a seamless and consistently luxurious experience.

• Communication is essential for our departments to run smoothly. Our Wellness Host must communicate with other departments to ensure alignment.
