Job Description
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Finance professionals who pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.
As a Night Auditor, your responsibilities will include conducting night audits and preparing summaries of rebates, paid outs, and daily revenue reports. Your key duties will involve:

  1. Reading the Night Auditor's Logbook for instructions from the Income Auditor
  2. Verifying approvals for complimentary rooms, late checkouts with no charges, and day-use room charges
  3. Printing the business call journal and ensuring all long-distance calls and faxes are supported with Business Calls Authorization vouchers
  4. Verifying guest ledger charges from concessionaires with their summaries
  5. Verifying room rate variance reports, posting room charges and taxes for the day
  6. Printing Revenue Reports, including today's Gross and Budget, and splitting service charges and taxes for room revenue
  7. Printing reports and reconciling with supporting vouchers, such as visa income, Marhaba charges, and miscellaneous income
  8. Exporting Micros revenue data to Opera live data and running pre-audit backups
  9. Running file maintenance and preparing the daily revenue report

Desired Candidate Profile

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
Candidates should have a degree in hotel management or accounting, along with at least one year of experience in a hotel environment. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and computer literacy are essential. Knowledge of Opera, Micros, FBM, and SUN System is advantageous.
