We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Servicing + Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role will be responsible for managing key clients, understanding their business objectives, and developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong client service orientation and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:
2. Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
3. Understand clients' business objectives, marketing challenges, and target audience.
4. Conduct regular client meetings and presentations, providing performance updates and strategic recommendations.
5. Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication and resolution of issues.
6. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
7. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and budgets.
8. Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
9. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
10. Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
11. Team Collaboration & Project Management:
12. Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., creative, content, development) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
13. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
14. Contribute to the development of new service offerings and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in client servicing and digital marketing, preferably in agency.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering effective digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising).
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
