Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction in their department
• Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and assessment
• Collaborate with school leadership to ensure alignment with the school's overall vision
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student growth and development
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to engage students

Additional Duties:

• Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the wider school community
• Participate in professional development opportunities

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject supported by a Post Graduate Teaching Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching with experience in the IB program highly desirable
• Strong command of the English language
• A student-centered teaching approach

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of an inquiry-based curriculum
• Experience working in an international school setting
