What Will You Be Doing
  • Managing all Government Relations and related transactions.
  • Handling emergency cases related to business operations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Updating management on new rules and regulations from MOHRE, GDRFA in UAE or KSA.
  • Assisting with supplier management, including raising POs and approving invoices.
  • Overseeing HR and Administration functions and liaising with the local payroll provider.
  • Providing sales support to the Managing Director of the Middle East and first-line customer assistance when needed.
  • Preparing and processing legal documents such as rent contract attestations in government agencies.
Essential Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
  • Previous experience in office management or similar roles.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
Desirable Skills
  • Customer service orientation towards internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong time management to handle regular and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Team player with the ability to support colleagues.
