We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various projects by facilitating communication, managing resources, and supporting project teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of project activities.
  2. Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
  3. Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and presentations.
  4. Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to management.
  5. Organize and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
  6. Manage project resources, including budget tracking and allocation.
  7. Identify potential risks and collaborate with team members to develop mitigation strategies.
  8. Support the creation and maintenance of project timelines using appropriate software.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
  10. Assist in onboarding and coordinating new team members as projects expand.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
