Job description

We are Dubai's premier Private Events & Production venue and coffee shop located in Al Quoz, seeking a talented and experienced Events Sales Executive to join our dynamic pre-opening team immediately.

Responsibilities:
  1. Grow the existing portfolio of accounts to generate new revenue sources.
  2. Regularly monitor and evaluate account performance efficiency.
  3. Develop targets and sales plans (Account Development Plans) with key accounts to achieve revenue goals.
  4. Negotiate sales contracts and design packages.
  5. Secure new business and meet sales targets.
  6. Set and attend appointments at the venue and off-site to secure commitments for events and sponsorships.
  7. Obtain sales leads from guests and clients.
  8. Execute daily sales activities such as telephone sales, face-to-face contacts, venue inspections, tours, and mailings.
  9. Provide weekly activity reports and monthly reports on achieved targets, contracted revenue, and market insights.
  10. Report weekly on confirmed revenue and market developments.
  11. Provide feedback to senior management on customer insights, reporting, and market conditions.
  12. Manage sales activities' costs according to budget guidelines.
  13. Coordinate bespoke menus and space setups tailored to client needs.
  14. Deliver exceptional service from inquiry to post-event, anticipating client needs and sharing information with the operations team.
  15. Plan for various scenarios on event days.
  16. Create positive impressions and future sales opportunities during client interactions and events, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of the company.
  17. Manage multiple events simultaneously.
  18. Assist guests requiring special attention and support hosts with introductions and networking.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years in luxury hotel sales.
  • Background in hospitality, food, and beverage.
  • Knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets across all segments.
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • High self-management, attention to detail, and responsibility.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations.
  • Enthusiastic, empathetic, and able to build trust with guests and team members.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
