Position Overview

• The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project, such as budget, timelines, and teams. They will have strong communication skills to effectively liaise with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee potential problems related to project completion and act promptly to mitigate issues.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
2. Knowledge or experience in Multi-Cloud adoption or service delivery (On-premise to Public Cloud).
3. Experience working on Banking Domain or Customs projects.
4. Well-versed with Project Management processes; certifications such as PMP, PRINCE II, or Agile are preferred.
5. Ability to coordinate with internal resources and vendors for flawless project execution.
6. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
7. Background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis.
8. Skilled at motivating teams and overseeing projects effectively.
9. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
10. Good understanding of Project Management and ITIL processes.
11. Expertise in Project Planning and experience in migrating On-prem Infrastructure to Public/Hybrid clouds.
12. Experience with SAP migration is a plus.
13. Manage project costs and optimize resources.
14. Ability to run multiple projects in parallel.
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and data visualization tools.
16. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
17. Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
18. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
19. Solid Infrastructure knowledge is essential.
20. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
21. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability.
22. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project.
23. Knowledge of P&L management is a plus.
24. Excellent problem-solving skills.
25. Develop detailed project plans to track progress and report escalations as needed.
