Scope and Purpose:

1. To provide management, financial, and accounting information for financial accountability, including documenting, tracking company expenses, and preparing, analyzing, and verifying financial statements.
2. To assist in the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, account analysis and reconciliation, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, internal control maintenance, and regulatory reporting.
3. Day-to-day maintenance of books of accounts.

Key Result Areas & Responsibilities:

1. Accounting responsibilities for booking supplier invoices and processing travel expenses of traveling staff.
2. Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of books of accounts.
3. Assist in creating, monitoring, and updating financial policies and procedures.
4. Assist with travel bookings and records.
5. Assist with booking branch accounting tasks.
6. Bookkeeping of accounting documents and other contracts, customer and supplier ledger reconciliation.
7. Maintain petty cash accounting.
8. Assist with audit tasks for timely and smooth completion of audits.
9. Assist in preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (such as VAT, corporate tax, etc.).
10. Perform other routine accounting tasks.
